1.Download Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 Forge.

2.Click this link Download.

3.Scroll down and press the download button.

4.Open .minecraft in %appdata% folder and
click on mods. If theres no mods folder add
one.

5. Open minecraft 1.7.10 forge and have fun!!
